To open and maintain an Account on s786, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
s786 may request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any balance or winnings held in such accounts may be voided pending investigation.
To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
s786 operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — before withdrawals are processed or at any time s786 deems appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
Deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. s786 does not accept third-party payments. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change.
s786 references familiar Pakistani payment context — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for illustrative purposes relevant to Pakistani users. These names do not imply that those providers endorse, facilitate or are affiliated with s786 or any gambling activity.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. s786 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.
Accounts may be operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where this option is available. The displayed currency at the time of wager placement governs all transaction calculations. s786 is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
All transactions on the Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. s786 reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse transactions that it reasonably suspects are associated with fraudulent activity or money laundering. s786 will cooperate with relevant competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
All promotional offers made available by s786 are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these Terms, the specific offer terms prevail.
Bonus funds are credited to a designated bonus balance. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are displayed prominently within each offer's specific terms.
s786 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using software or coordinated strategies designed to guarantee a profit from bonuses; or any behaviour that s786 reasonably concludes is intended to exploit promotional terms rather than to engage with the Platform in good faith. Accounts engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and balances forfeited.
s786 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retrospectively affect offers already accepted and in progress by a User.
Note on PKR Bonus Values: Where bonus amounts are published in PKR (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000"), these figures are illustrative of the maximum promotional value available. Progressive jackpot winnings are subject to verification before payment. s786 reserves the right to withhold jackpot payments pending confirmation that the winning outcome was achieved under legitimate play conditions and without technical error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s786 Platform:
Breach of any of the above provisions entitles s786 to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your Account, void pending and settled wagers at its discretion, and withhold the Account balance pending investigation.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, video streams, and software — is the intellectual property of s786 or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from s786.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s786 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
s786's total cumulative liability to any User in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not, in any event, exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
s786 does not warrant that the Platform will operate free from interruptions, errors, or security breaches at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access to the Platform or specific features.

s786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account without prior notice if s786 reasonably believes the Account is in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or is being used in a manner that is harmful to s786 or other users. In cases of termination for cause, s786 may withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, may void and forfeit any remaining balance.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through s786's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable under the governing law jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your local jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local courts may apply different principles. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case s786 will provide an interim response explaining the delay.
s786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address held on their Account no fewer than 7 days before the change takes effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to protect Platform integrity.
The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates the most recently effective version. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
